Waiting for spring to arrive…

We are seeing peeks of springtime around here. We’ve had some very mild days (60s – woo hoo!) and with the time change, we can enjoy some daylight after work again.

I’ve been a busy bee this winter. After the busy (and fun) holiday craft show season, I needed to restock my supplies. I’ve traveled to my favorite Maine beach a couple of times and have been busy drilling and painting beach stones.

In January, I joined my crafting buddy, Lillian (Maine Coastal Designs), in renting a booth at a fantastic shop in Wells, Maine – Coles Corner Gift Shop. The shop features a wonderful and talented community of creative people. The shop is in a large, two-story barn is has something for everyone. In addition, I’m beginning to build out my list of 2020 shows. Check out the Upcoming Events page to find details.

Painting in my “goddess cave” is truly my happy place. I often have helpers, like Luna the cat. She likes to observe my painting, scratch her chin on my desk lamp and bat at the stones or beads I have laid out on the table!
